“The culture here is amazing; I always felt included and listened to. Everyone I've met here is very welcoming and friendly too. In terms of the internship, I was given plenty of support while also some freedom to learn and work on my own. I also worked on some projects that were important for the team (rather than being "busy work"). The hybrid work structure was very convenient and gave me plenty of flexibility each week. Finally, the intern program here is great; you get to hear from many of the managers and top execs. It's very informative and allows you to make connections with people you might not otherwise, such as the CEO.”
